STEP 1: Learn the Highlevel Fundamentals
(HLA Crash Course)
Start with the GHL CRASH COURSE before diving into certification. This is a beginner friendly self-paced course.
Learn how to set up your first CRM, build funnels, run automations, and understand the HighLevel ecosystem(learning by doing)

STEP 2: Access your Highlevel Sandbox
Sub-account
You’ll be provided with a Sandbox Highlevel sub-account (a practice environment).
This is where you can test funnels, automations, forms, pipelines, and more—without the fear of messing up a real client’s system.Use this alongside the Crash Course to “learn by doing.”
IMPORTANT: If you’re routed to a broken link, please go to app.gohighlevel.com and login with GMAIL.

STEP 3: Access Your Certification Course
This is your starting point. All certification lessons, modules, and tests are inside this portal.
Make sure you bookmark it—you’ll be coming back here often.

Important: If you already took Part A but after migrating your account everything you worked on is gone, or you’re missing your badge after the certification. Please reach out to the certification team by emailing [email protected] and request for your access to be updated.
How the Certification Works:
Take and complete the 100 Quizzes Exam inside the certification portal.
Once completed, schedule your Proctor Exam — this is a
1-hour live call with a proctor where your skills will be tested in real time.
STEP 4: Join the Certification Group
This is the official community for certified admins worldwide. You’ll gain access only after becoming certified. Inside, you can:
Connect with other admins across the globe who are working on or have completed their certification.
Access additional certification courses and earn your badges.
STEP 5: Show Up in the Directory & Get Clients
Once you’re certified, complete your profile in the directory. Think of it as your Upwork, but exclusively for HighLevel.
This is where you can get direct clients.
It makes you visible to businesses and agencies looking to hire certified admins.
Treat your profile like a resume + portfolio — it’s how clients will find and trust you.
Your listing depends on your subscription. Cancelling your subscription will remove you from the directory, but you’ll still keep your certification badge.
STEP 6: Join the Discord WarRoom
This is an HLA-exclusive community — our very own chatroom where you can:
Co-work with fellow certified admins
Ask for help and share tips
